1. Overview

This website, zacardi.faithovereverythingapparel.com, is operated by Faith Over Everything Apparel ("we", "us", "our"), based at 2016 Holman St, Houston, TX 77004, United States. The store runs on Shopify. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree to give accurate, current information when you check out.

3. Products

Most of our apparel is printed to order in the USA after purchase; some items ship from our in-stock inventory in Houston, Texas. Each product page lists its available sizes and garment details. We try to show colors and designs as accurately as possible, but the color you see may vary slightly depending on your screen. Sizing information is provided on each product page and our Contact page. Digital products (such as downloadable journals) are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold.

4. Official artist collections

Collections named after Zacardi Cortez songs are official and authorized by the artist. All song titles, lyrics, artist names, and likenesses belong to their respective owners and are used with permission.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Standard U.S. shipping is free. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. Payments are processed securely through Shopify; we do not store your full card details. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

6. Orders and cancellations

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is listed at the wrong price, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot fulfill it. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, before it goes to print.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

We ship to U.S. addresses only. Shipping times, returns, exchanges and refunds are covered in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, text, graphics, logos, and images on this site belong to Faith Over Everything Apparel or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell our designs without our written permission.

9. User content

If you send us reviews, comments, photos, or other content, you give us permission to use, display, and share that content in connection with our store and marketing. You confirm that the content is yours and does not violate anyone's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

10. Prohibited uses

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the site's security or operation, to upload viruses or harmful code, to collect other users' information, or to infringe anyone's intellectual property.

11. Third-party links and services

Our site may link to or use third-party services (such as payment processors and shipping carriers). We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Faith Over Everything Apparel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to hold Faith Over Everything Apparel harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
