Faith Over Everything Apparel is a faith-based clothing brand from Houston, Texas. We make shirts for people who are still in the middle of it: still praying, still healing, still believing. Every design starts with a song, and ends up on something you can wear to church, to work, or anywhere your faith goes.
Who is behind this
We come out of gospel music rather than out of apparel.
Our founder, Kerry Douglas, has spent more than twenty-five years as the founder and CEO of Black Smoke Music Worldwide, an independent label known for taking unknown artists and turning them into Billboard number one acts. That roster includes Grammy nominee James Fortune, Earnest Pugh, Quartet Queen Evelyn Turrentine-Agee, Pastor Mike Jr., and Zacardi Cortez. He is an ASCAP award winner, a Stellar Award inductee, and was named Label of the Year by Radio One.
That background is the reason this brand exists. We are not licensing a lyric from a distance — we work with these artists directly, and every collection we release is official and authorized by the artist whose song it came from.
Made with the artists behind the music
A gospel song does something a slogan cannot. It finds people on a Tuesday, in the car, in a parking lot, at 2am, and says the thing they have not been able to say out loud.
So we do not design a catalogue and look for verses to fill it. We start with a record that is already moving people, read what those people write underneath it, and build one piece around the line they keep repeating back.
Our current collections are made with gospel artist Zacardi Cortez: You Don't Know, Working On Me, and Lord Do It For Me — one for what you came through, one for who you are still becoming, and one for what you are still asking for.
Made to order, just for you
Our shirts are printed in the United States after you order them, so nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing goes to waste. Orders are printed and packed within 2–5 business days, then shipped. Every U.S. order ships free with tracking.
We carry a wide range of sizes, from XS up to 5XL depending on the design, and every product page lists its exact sizes. Grace did not skip anybody, so neither do we.
We print on quality blanks from Bella+Canvas and Gildan, and press the print into the fabric rather than laying it on top, so it will not crack off in the wash. Faith merch has a reputation for being cheap. That is exactly the corner we do not cut.
